FAQ
Common questions
Can we deploy on-premise instead of cloud?
Yes. Every product ships in both a cloud (multi-tenant) and an on-premise build. On-premise customers get the same release cadence, delivered as a versioned installer, and can run fully air-gapped if required.
How long does implementation take?
A single-site WMS or TMS rollout typically runs six to eight weeks from kick-off to go-live: two weeks for configuration and master data, two for integration and UAT, two to four for pilot and stabilisation. Multi-site rollouts run in waves after the first site is stable.
Do you integrate with Tally and Zoho Books?
Yes. Both are supported as certified two-way integrations covering masters, invoices, payments and stock journals. SAP Business One and Busy are supported as well; anything else can go through the REST API.
Who owns the data?
You do. Cloud customers can export the complete dataset at any time in CSV or via the API, and we return a full database dump on request within five working days of termination.
What does support actually cover?
Every plan includes product support during business hours. Professional adds an eight-hour response SLA; Enterprise adds 24x7 phone cover, a named customer success manager and a quarterly operations review.
Can we start with one product and add others later?
That is the normal path. Products share the same masters, so adding TMS to an existing WMS deployment does not require re-entering items, customers or locations — the second product reads what the first already knows.
