Trial period

Paid plans include a 14-day trial. Cancel any time within the trial and you will not be charged.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until it ends.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of the renewal date are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused period, less any implementation or setup fees already delivered.

Implementation and services

Fees for implementation, data migration or custom development are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover consultant time already delivered.

How to request a refund

Write to support@atharvlogix.com with your account details. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
