Scope

These terms govern use of this website. Use of AtharvLogix products is governed by the separate subscription or licence agreement signed with your organisation, which prevails over these terms in the event of conflict.

Trials

Trial access is provided for evaluation for the stated period. We may suspend a trial used for production workloads or in breach of the acceptable use provisions.

Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected cycle and are exclusive of GST. Prices shown on this site are indicative and are confirmed in the order form.

Availability

Cloud service levels are defined in the applicable order form. Nothing on this website constitutes a service level commitment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
