What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, demo request or job application we collect the details you enter on that form, plus the page you submitted from and a one-way hash of your IP address used only for abuse prevention.

How we use it

To respond to your request and, where you are an existing customer, to provide and support the services you have contracted. We do not sell personal data and we do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists without consent.

Retention

Enquiry and demo records are retained for 24 months from last contact. Customer records are retained for the contract term plus the statutory period required under Indian tax law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires retention. Write to support@atharvlogix.com.

Customer data in our products

Data you load into AtharvLogix products remains yours. We process it solely to provide the service. Cloud customers can export the full dataset at any time; on termination we supply a complete database dump within five working days.
